Whyt CXP Limited works out of No. 1 Cotton Street in East Legon, Accra, across six divisions: structural engineering, industrial mining, real estate, import and export, business consultancy and predictive maintenance. Twenty years on site has taught us that most jobs go wrong in the handover between two of them.

We are also part of a wider holding group. Engineering, trade and property resources are shared across it, so a job that outgrows one division does not have to leave the group to get finished.

Materials we mine and grade ourselves
The same stock that feeds our own sites goes out to Watch Tower Ghana, the Nkyinkyim Museum Foundation and SUCASA Properties. Grade 1 laterite, wash sand, phyllite, granite and Italian marble.
